Children's Ministry Day 2012
What do you get when you mix 34 kids and 12 adults with a heart for serving others with mashed potatoes, shaving cream and a lot of fun? You get Deermeadows’ first Missions and Messy Games held on Saturday, February 18.
Marriage Retreat
Fifty couples attended the DBC marriage retreat March 2-3 in St Simon'a Is., GA. Guest speakers Greg and Priscilla Hunt stressed the importance of marriage relationships and taught attendees to treasure and cherish their spouses.
MissionJax
Our second year of MissionJax, July 2012, was three days of local-focused missions experience involving over 200 people from Deermeadows. All ages (including children) were part of serving the people of metropolitan Jacksonville through Seamark Ranch, the Lawson community, Daniel, and more. This has become a Deermeadows tradition and we look forward to serving together next year!
