“Everyone who listens to these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock.” - Matthew 7:24

Our Lord gives us two distinct commands: we must listen and we must act. We listen when we participate in worship; we act when we participate in the ministry of the church. We need to do both for a strong foundation. Participating more fully in the life of God’s church may require some changes on our part. We may have to move away from our current lifestyle so that we can move closer to God.

  • How May I Give? The Deermeadows community is

    • encouraged to support the work of the church through the annual

    Ministry Financial Plan which supports all areas of the church

    and its varied ministries.

    ***Online giving is available by clicking "Give Online" above, or

    through your financial institution.

    ***Contribution envelopes are mailed to homes, and

    placed in the Sanctuary for your convenience.

    Another opportunity to support the work of Deermeadows is

    through the Dare to Believe campaign which finances the

    recent renovation and construction of church campus facilities.

  • Deermeadows Unified Missions Offering: The church gives

    • annually to support local mission projects, worldwide

    mission trips, the Florida Baptist Children's Homes, the

    Lottie Moon Offering for International Missions, and the Annie

    Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions.

    Individuals may also give through the church to Cooperative

    Baptists' Global Missions. Contact Darlene Papa, financial

    secretary, if you would like more information about sending this

    contribution through Deermeadows. The current Unified

    Missions Offering Goal is $50,000.
