Deermeadows Weekday Preschool provides a loving, Christ-centered early childhood education for children ages 1 through 4 in Jacksonville, Florida. Our program is designed to help children grow academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our school operates from September through May, for ages 1 year to 4 years.
We are open Monday - Friday, from 9am - 1pm.

We offer several Enrichment classes to our preschoolers:
- Resource/Enrichment Department: Deermeadows Weekday Preschool is fortunate to have our very own resource/enrichment team. They rotate resources (toys, books, manipulative, puzzles, etc.) weekly for each teacher based on the teacher's lesson plans. Your child will always have new materials available to them in their classroom learning centers.
- Weekly Peek Sheet: Each week, teachers send home a Peek Sheet that provides an overview of what will be happening in class the next week.
- Each class has a private Facebook Group for parents to build the classroom community and provide a look into what the children are doing at school.
DAILY ENRICHMENT
PreK 2's, PreK 3's and PreK 4's attend Chapel once a week to learn more about Jesus.

PreK 2's, PreK 3's and PreK 4's visit the S.T.E.A.M. Lab Weekly.
S.T.E.A.M LAB
PreK 1's and PreK 2's visit the Tumble room daily to work on gross motor skills.

Tuition Information for 2026-2027
Annual tuition is broken up into 9 monthly installments for your convenience.
The first payment is due by May 1, 2026 and ending with the ninth payment on March 1, 2027.
All payments are due the first of each month. A $30 late fee will be charged after the 15th.
Registration and tuition fees are nonrefundable.

Meet Our Staff
Our staff is what makes Deermeadows Preschool one of the premier preschools in Jacksonville. They provide a loving, supportive, safe, and educational atmosphere. Our preschool teachers are experienced and certified in Early Childhood Education, and average over 10 years of teaching. Over half of our staff has been at Deermeadows for over 15 years! Knowing that the same teachers are reliably there for your children makes the difference toward a successful education experience. Our teachers really get to know their students and the children feel safe and secure knowing that their teachers are there for them day after day, year after year. That makes for a very comforting and secure transition to preschool for the whole family.
